Once In A Lifetime Magic
I drove out to Tinderbox Marine Reserve at dusk, made a thermos of coffee in the back of the van, listened to a podcast and waited for nightfall whilst constantly checking the Glendale App. The universe didn’t hold back and the sky broke out in all colours at around 6:45pm. These photos were quite literally just taken as “point and shoot” style with my iPhone and of course the camera picked up the colours and their intensity a thousand fold, but the shades, pillars and movement were all still visible to the naked eye. I sat in the corner of the bay on my own, bawling my eyes out at the sheer magic of the moment and feeling humbled that I was able to witness this event.
